Save the product to your collection and choose “Chat with Futu”. The conversation stays with that item.

Say how you will use it.
For travel, a small kitchen or everyday work — your situation gives the question a purpose.

Keep asking.
Ask for a plain explanation of a specification, missing information or a checklist for your purchase.
Try a question like this.
- “Will this shelf fit an 80 cm space? Which other measurements should I check?”
- “What should I compare in this camera if I want it for travel?”
- “How should I clean this? Use the manufacturer’s instructions and say when information is missing.”
In the current test version
You can try Futu chat with your own OpenAI key. Connect it in the app’s AI settings, where you can see usage costs and protection limits. Answers can be wrong: check important measurements and advice against the manufacturer’s source.
AI price research is in development
The next step is collecting offers for the same product, checking sources and comparing prices including delivery. Automated market research is not available in the current version.
